CT Scan

I've been having pain on my back and felt a good size lump on my back. Went to the Ortho. Sent me for MRI and it showed 1.4cm cyst on my thoracic spine. Then I had a ct scan without contrast and showed the same. Then on friday, I had a ctscan with contrast of my chest.

Can someone tell me do they do a CT scan of the "chest" to check spine cyst?? Because she called me on friday to say the cyst is gone. I still have the lump and pain.
