Anyone have pain When lying down on back

I have pain that gets worse when i am sleeping or lying down on my back. when i first injured it, I did have a lateral shift of my hips causing lumbar scoliosis. But i think this was due to my bodys reaction to move away from the pain. at any rate. i cant really bend backwards too the left side. Anyone else have this issue, what was your diagnosis and did you end up getting surgery
