Need a Doctor

Good Afternoon,

A little bit about me - I currently live in Western Massachusetts. In 2002 I had a one level lumbar fusion and in 2006 I had a two level lumbar ADR (artificial disc replacement) in Germany. I have been informed that one of the artificial discs is causing my back pain and needs to be fused. I am attempting to find a U.S. surgeon that has some experience in fusing an artificial disc. If you have any suggestions I would be very grateful.

Thank you so much.
