Hi all, I was hoping for some advice from anybody who may have experienced the same problem. I have herniated disc l5s1 which caused severe back, hip and sciatica to the point I had to use a cane to keep mobile. Disc removal was not an option for me so they fitted nevro spinal cord stimulator. All has been great for the past 3 months but this week iv been having trouble recharging the device. I couldnt keep the connection. I thought I was just moving around or was just being a bit lax as I was having a tireing week in work. I had great difficulty on Wednesday night, Thursday I went to see a freind and was home late so didnt charge knowing I would get through. On Friday night I couldnt connent at all. Twice I got a connection in over an hour of trying but it only lasted for about 30 seconds each time and since I have not been able to charge at all. The battery died around 2 oclock this morning. Does anybody know how long before the severe pain kicks in again? Iv already started getting achy. I rang my nevro care person who will see me on Tuesday but I dont think ill get that long

  • It really depends on the person, and the best suggestion that I can make is to keep trying to charge/connect the battery.
If that doesn't work, try over the counter muscle pain medications and rubs to see if that helps until you can see the rep from the company. I hope that they can fix the problem for you.
