New pain, post-op

Sciatica is a real pain in the butt!
I suffered nearly a year of undiagnosed back pain before the doctors agreed to an MRI. Back pain begat buttock pain. I worked through it. One morning I sneezed and the pain intensified and annexed my left leg! I was paralyzed with pain. I went to the emergency room (no relief.) I was bedridden for three weeks prior to surgery. Extreme, paralyzing pain from the left buttock to the foot. After the discectomy (L4,L5 &L5,S1) it took three days to regain my natural gate and once I was able to walk again, I took advantage of it. Within a week, there was no limit to my walking. :)

Day six.... noticed pain in my right buttock and thigh during some movement. Scared my pants off!

Have I sneezed myself to recurrence?
