Hi there, just wanting to seek some advice on my ongoing back problem
I had 2 large disc bulges at L4 and L5 back in November last year and have since had endless chiro adjustments to get them in place. I had a MRI in May this year and it showed mild disc bulges at L4 and L5 but they were not hindering any nerves. There was also some early disc dessication.
I have been doing pilates and core strengthening for sometime now and my back is feeling good but I am constantly getting a dull ache/pain at the lower part of my thigh just above the knee. I have been stretching my thigh muscles, hamstrings - you name it I am doing it but this pain won't go away. It gets worse when I sit which is why I feel it's related to my lower back.
Any help would be much appreciated
