Spinal fusion

I had a spinal fusion in March 2013 with a revision in January this year when the doctor inserted 2 more screws, since March 2013 after the fusion I am in constant pain but only in the left side of my body, the left lower back, my left hip and the left side of my tummy sometimes my left upper leg, no pain medication seems to help for me. I have been in and out of the hospital for MRI, CT Scans, Bone scans ect. but they can not find anything wrong with me. My doctor think that I have a sort of myalgia, but is it possible that you can have it in only one part of your body, there is days that the pain is unbearable and I do not know what to do, I have asked my doctor to remove the hardware cause to me it feels if the screws is grinding into my flesh. Any body with the same or any suggestions please?
