Lower back pain from volleyball

Hello everyone, to start off, a year ago I felt lower back pain when playing volleyball, particularly when spiking as it puts a lot of strain on the back. I went to the doctor and after examining me, he told me that i have Scheuermann's disease and prescribed me Piascledine. He told me that i should take it for one year and everything should be fine. Now, a year later its till the same, I am able to play all kinds of sports without feeling discomfort and I feel perfectly fine but after a few volleyball spikes, I start to feel the same pain and after around week of rest, it goes away. Sometimes I feel like its in my hip. It feels a bit like I have pulled a muscle. Are there any stretches or some kind of treatment that you could recommend me to try?

Thanks in advance!
