Tired of the pain!

Hi all. Ive been dealin with this pain for almost 5-6 months now..
just "started" overnight really.
After a few weeks, I headed to my primary Dr. She was "convinced " it was sciatica and to see a Chiripractor. I knew this wasn't the case, as I've had sciatic pain before and this was very different. A sharp, sometimes throbbing very consistent pain in my low right back/sometimes hip area. Never any radiating pain down buttocks or leg.
So I reluctantly saw the chiro. After 8 adjustments we agreed it wasn't helping me and she had primary refer me to my orthopedic (which is what i asked for to start with)
Ive tried muoltiple medications, with no luck. Im not one who can take a pain killer/muscle relaxer and function daily..very low tolerance.
I am taking Arthrotec and Lyrica, but dont see much improvement.
I then had an MRI and it showed disc degeneration at L2-3 and L4-5 with arthritis in my spine (Im 40 yrs old, 112 lbs)
So...I then started to see the Spine Dr at their office. Had a steroid injection in my SI joint under xray a few weeks ago..no difference.
This week Im having another injection, this time in the facet joint.
If this doesn't help, I dont know what else to do . They dont think surgery is warranted (Not that I want it anyway!)

So...this is where Im at. It is VERY frustrating, as I'm sure many of you know!

THanks for the ear!
