EXTREME CHRONIC LYME/BABS Literate Pain Specialist Needed

Hi I'm 27 was infected with Lyme disease/Babesia somewhere around 2007 and have an unbearable amount of pain that utterly dictates my life to the point it is extremely unhealthy.
My regular LLMD has tried, tramadol, tramadol er, lyrica, klonopin (for extreme panic and generalized anxiety disorder pre lyme but exacerbated by it and helps with muscles) and oxycodone 40 mg IR throughout the day.

Currently on Oxycodone/Klonopin as the controlled subtances along with a plethora of supplements and antibiotics and probiotics.

Unfortunately prior to my diagnosis I was desperate for pain relief when my sheets would hurt too much to touch my skin and no one would help (or rather I was too scared I was dying my entire senior year of college 2009 to dig deeper so stupid).

I turned to an indonesian leaf with semi MU agonist properties as well as antagonist properties meaning it both blocks endorphins and releases them smart plant.

The leaf contains EXTREMELY high levels of catechins (antioxidants) as well as over 40 alkaloids 95% of them extremely health beneficial. Highly anti inflammatory. Anyway I've relied on it for pain relief during the day along with the oxycodone at night.

Unfortunately at the dosages prescribed the oxy is nearly ineffective which may be a result of kratom still being in my system (those antagonists).

He wants me to find a good pain specialist in the area who can successfully get me off the kratom and onto a narcotic medicine of some sort to either compliment the oxycodone or replace it.

Now given Lyme and babesia and the general treatment by the medical community (recent experience EDITED was a nightmare) of both diseases I'm looking for a compassionate doctor in the New Hampshire Massachusetts Vermont area who is willing to listen.

I have extensive positive testing to back up my situation obviously 7 years of them. Thankfully my doctor wasn't upset at all and completely understood how it could happen it's just I need to be able to clear my system of the kratom to see where my pain levels are at without it and to then have someone accurately access my pain levels and effective levels of treatment.

The pain will get so bad I can barely sit up or talk I just have to close my eyes so somethings gotta give.

I don't know where to pin it these days Lyme/Babesia/Chronic Inflammation (as a result) Really hoping for any help I may be willing to travel farther but Vermont, Mass, New Hampshire is preferable.

This is really important as having reliable pain relief has allowed me to return to work and hold a job for 2 years after 4 revolving door jobs that suffered as a result of inadequate treatment. Thanks!
