weather changes are horrible...just venting!

I live in coastal SC and these last few weeks have been some of my worst overall pain days. When does this end? The weather has been pretty good all summer until lately when its been stuck in a hot and humid then rainy pattern. The rainy days are the worst!!! I really do believe after the past few weeks that sun is necessary to positive mental health. So on top of being even more depressed than normal, I just ache all over. Every joint in my body aches on these crappy days. I keep telling my bodywork therapist I am buying a one way ticket to Arizona. If anyone else on this site lives in the coastal region of SC they know what I am talking about.
