new member looking for answers and help

I was in a mild mva on 7/23/14. I had a lot of pain in neck and shoulders. Finally sent me yesterday for mri of right shoulder and neck. Dr's office called last night to inform me I had 2 full thickness tears in right rotator cuff and 1 in my neck. I have had 2 prior rotator cuff surgeries on the same shoulder. I also have same pain in left shoulder, jaw and mid to lower back! Should I mention other pains to orthopedic and could this be something degenerative? How can there be so many tears? Took a month to get approval for mri's and now another month before orthopedic apt.
