Since last year I've started exercising I have managed to lose 50 pounds. I stopped exercising for a while and then when I began again, I started
-developing upper back pain like I can actually feel the bones of my spine and it really hurts to lay down or sit with my back against the wall.
-chest pain that lasts for a few minutes.
-sharp pain in my stomach and a lot of pressure in the middle of my stomach (had to stop exercising)
-Today I began experiencing radiating sharp pain all throughout my left arm where a few days ago for two days straight I experienced numbing and tingling in my left hand.
This had never happened before when I started and managed to lose weight. I am just wondering if I could have dislocated something in all the exercise I have done or what symptoms are these for.
