Does anyone else find that doing the sciatica stretches makes it worse? I have a bulging disc at L4/L5 and L5/S1. I aggravated it while exercising. Since then I've been given exercises to help stretch, but it just makes the tingling worse. I didn't know if this was normal or not. I've stopped doing them. I have an appointment with a spine doctor tomorrow, so I'll see what she says about it.
