I am a 65 year old male that has never had
neck or back pain. One month ago,I was in
a constuction accident. I did not have pain
until 24 hours later. My lower back was
sore, but pain stopped within one week.
My neck was sore, when I look to the
left.My company treated me for one week,
with no noticeable relief. Because pain did
not limit my work,we agreed to watch it for
one more week. After that week,I was sent to
X-ray,that company doctor said no trauma
was caused by accident. The third week
pain remained the same. This week, my
pain has been much worse. I have pain
when I wake up, limited motion and popping
turning to the left. I am asking, what should
I do to find out the cause of my pain and
treatment for it. The X-Ray did show
degenerative disc disease of lumbar spine
and cervical spine. Thank you for you help
