My 8 years pain

Hi guys I am 37 years old and after a very stupid incident in my office when I was 29 I am suffering of a chronic pain on lower back. Since the start of the pain every 2 years a completely stop my body at bed for 10 days for big suffering
in the last 2 years I use to take 1 g of Lyrica ( Pregabalin ) each day and the pain is under control. But last week i suffered again the completely block due the big back pain

this is the sheet after my last RMN

Examination carried out by TSE and STIR sequences T1-weighted and T2 according to plan

sagittal, coronal and axial.

Dehydration of the discs L4-S1 segment.

In L4-L5 disc herniation is appreciated conspicuous broad, posterior median,

that compresses and deforms the dural sac (resulting jumble of roots of

cauda) and extends in part to the lateral recesses.

Modica profusion wide-ranging disc L5-S1 conspicuously reduced in thickness; "
