Herniated C6-7 successful ADR surgery

I am 10 months post surgery and all is great. Before surgery I had unbearable pain for months probably due to a neck injury at a Judo competition years earlier that reared its ugly head. My arm size is back to almost normal. I have been back to the Gym and Dojo since at 8 week post surgery. Very light though, especially with over head lifting. My only complication was difficulty swallowing for about 6 months post surgery that is now fine. The surgeon said my neck muscles were strong and difficult to pull to the side causing more swelling than usual. All Good!

Good luck to any one getting an ADR, my experience has been good so far!
