I'm 26 and had back surgery last October due to bulging disc ( L5-S1) and sciatica. I've had a great year with mild leg numbness in my right leg from the knee down that was toleraeted. In july I sneezed and felt a sharp pain run down my leg and I could hardly move. My doctor said it was just a pissed off nerve and diagnosed me with sciatica then referred me to PT and pain management to have ESI. He said i had scar tissue around my nerve and some forming around my spinal fluid. I got a copy of my MRI today and was wondering if anyone could help me. What does this mean exactly?

L2-L3 there is mild bilateral facet arthropathy

L3-L4 there is mild bilateral facet arthropathy

L4-L5 there is degenerative disk disease with central disk bulge. There is mild bilateral facet arthropathy. There is minimal narrowing of the central canal.

L5-S1 there is degenerative disk disease with mild, broad based disk bulge. There is mild narrowing involving the inferior aspect of the left neural foramen. There is suggestion of a post surgical defect involving the right aspect of the lamina. Correlation with a previous surgical history recommended.
