Now 3 weeks back I was sitting and trying to touch toe when one of my friend in GYM pushed my forward with lot of strength and I shouted in pain. 3-4 days my back of sore.
One morning I got up and found my sever pain in buttock and hamstring. This pain subsided after 2 minutes of walking and I was pain free. Every time I get up after sitting or lying I get sever pain on buttock and hamstring and after 2 min of walking I am pain free.
Different diagnosis by different doctors.
