Chronic back pain

Hello everyone!

I've been having mild to moderate lower back pain for the past nine months, and I am 20 year old male. I've been going to the gym for 10 months when i started to get back pain, then i quit going. Three months ago I went to do X-Rays and the radiologist said I have begginer sacroiliac joint degeneration and a few schmorl nodes in lumbar section along with lordosis. My doctor said this is nothing serious. I feel mild back pain every day, but the pain increases when I work, because my job requires a lot of walking and standing. At the end of the work day I cannot bend over to touch my toes because the pain gets too severe when I start bending forward, even making me unable to bend over to tie my shoes. Sometimes also during the day I feel very mild pinching in my groin area and around my anus, but I found out that this is typical with sacroiliac joint problems. I also have a feeling that pain relieves whenever i stretch and twist my hips or do any light exercise. My orthopedic doctor also said this is not very serious and advised me to just rest. What do you think? Is there any chance I will get over this incredibly annoying back pain ever in my life? I am sorry for my poor english and long post.
