Hello! i'm a 17 year old female who plays football.

Had low back pain for over a year, sometimes it hurts badly that i cant sleep. The pain differs from time to time. It can be ab ache or a sharp pain. Went to see doctor for an mri scan. results came back as "Slightly hyperintense T2 signal in the L3-4 and L4-5 interspinous ligaments suggest an element of oedema."

Doctor sent me for physiotherapy, but it hurts when i do the exercises. i have stopped exercising for almost 4months but the pain isnt getting better. any ideas on what i should do next? Please help thanks!
