Hi - I am a newbie to posting I have been reading the post for sometime now...and decided it was time for me to join all the others on this site. I am a 44 year female with two girls - 19 and 16 and a very supportive boyfriend that also has back problems. I have been having back pain for over 5 years now, I have DDD, bulging/herniated disks. I have a pain management doctor that has been working with me for the last 2 years, I have also had the injections but they did not work for me and he now wants me to have the pulse radio frequency of dossal root ganglia cervical ...not sure what that all intails but am looking into it before I make a decision on what I am doing. Hope everyone has a pain free day 8)

  • What a wonderful affirmation to have a pain free day! I believe it will happen and have been recommended to start my day with twenty minutes of meditation. This is a new journey for me but I hope worth the change in my lifestyle to ease the pain.
