Burning in Lower Back

Im thinking all the flip flops i wear are beginning to take a toll. My Back is killing me. Using heat pads often!
Any suggestions and thank you in advance.


  • the types of shoes you are wearing. I read in another thread that you are also pregnant? Pregnancy typically causes low back pain due to the center of gravity changing, and the changes to your body shape to carry the extra weight of the baby.
    Simple stretching excercises, walking, and yoga all may help. If the pain continues, discuss it with your ob for some excercises that may help

    Specialist pregnancy massage therapist & yoga instructors did wonders for me! Make sure they're experienced specialists & get a good, supportive pair of shoes ;-)
