discetomy recovery - it takes time but it's worth it!

I just thought I needed to post something postive.
I had a discetomy 3.5 months ago and honestly I didn't think it worked at all. I had a repeat MRI and everything looked fine. All off a sudden the last week I have felt so much better. First time I have thought to myself "wow, this surgery worked!" It's a great feeling.
I truly think dry needling (IMS) is a huge part of my successful recovery. I have had 5 treatments and It hurt me a lot - but it's worth it.
Stay positive and remember for some people it's instant relief and for some, like me, it can take months to feel an improvement.
