Failed Back Surgery Syndrome

I've had SI joint fusion, L4-S1 fusion, spinal stimulator, RFIs, facets, nerve root blocks, EMGs, mylograms (sp?), epidurals,.
All since 2000, from a terrible lifting injury in 1994.
The Dr says there's nothing more he can do for me, and gave me the FBSS.
I'm on morphine, muscle relaxers, sleeping pills, topiramate, amitriptylene, and migraine pills. I'm lucky to get 2 hrs a sleep a night, at most I'm awake 24-48 hrs straight from pain. I use ice, curl up in fetal position, punch the SI area. My rt leg feels like lava is flowing down my outer thigh.
I've been called an enigma.
Any suggestions?
