In need of recovery advice

I'm a 26 year old female and I'm currently at 9 weeks post op from a Laminectomy and Discectomy of L4-L5 and L5-S1. I'm beginning to lose hope! I was feeling remarkably better up until about 2 weeks ago. The sciatica is coming back with a vengeance and the back pain is intense. I wake up with charlie horses constantly and still have a ton of weird spasms throughout my legs. I'm back on pain meds and I'm trying to do everything right. I walk everyday and do my stretches at home. I've been icing and using my heating pad to try and help the pain but nothing seems to do much. I cant get comfortable. I'm so frustrated with my recovery. I know I can't rush the healing process but I feel like 9 weeks post op should be better than this. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!!
