Tingling on OTHER SIDE of body after ACDF

I'm exactly one week post-ACDF. It was a single-level fusion at C5/6. I had been having intense pain in my right shoulder and hand. That pain went away instantly. My recovery has been pretty good but last night was weird. I may have overdone it yesterday. I didn't take any naps and spent a lot of time on my feet, my first day not really resting. Here's what my night was like:

1.) Tingling in my LEFT arm and left foot. Why?
2.) Also, for the first time, had a few electric-like jolts in my right traps and supraspinatis. Each lasted only a few seconds.
3.) Although I'd been having no trouble the last few days, my head felt so heavy and my neck felt so fragile that I needed help to go from laying on the couch to sitting on it last night.

I guess the last one might be from over-doing it during the day. It's the first two that puzzle me. Anyone else have this?
C5/6 herniation, type 2 diabetes, generalized anxiety disorder
