I was diagnosed with Cervical Disc Herniation at C5/C6 a year ago,with root nerve compression, after great dedication towards physiotherapy and proper medication I am a free man now..
Again I want back my muscles and abs underlying fat..I am planning for Abdominal Workout, But I am little concerned with my past year which made me so miserable and painful.
SO will it be fine if I start again heavy workout, Will it make my pain back in action if I do so?
Actually WHen I tried of Ab crunches, I felt like there was something wrong and a wave of pain just passed thru' neck
Please advice !!
