Having back pain and can't move my legs

I was laying down a few days ago and all of a sudden I lost feeling in both legs I couldn't move them or walk. We called 911 the dr.s ran extensive testing on me but everything came back normal including the MRI. I still cannot wall. Im having headache nausea and back pain. The dr still sent me home without me being able the walk. I need answers to why this suddenly happen. I am still not able to move my legs. All my other body parts are working fine. Any suggestions as to what this is?
