chronic ribcage pain

Hello, i am a 23 year old male and I have been suffering from chronic pain for three years now. The only thing that I can think that caused it was doing chest excersises at the time.

I was actually feeling alright in the summer, as in I didn't once have to go to the emergency room from a flare up. But now ever since the weather changed and got colder my pain has been made 100% worse. The pains now feel agitated, more severe, more widespread through my upper body, and I've noticed I cannot breathe normally. Apparently my oxygen levels are normal, my ekgs always turn out fine, my chext x rays have never shown anything but everytime the weather gets cold the air feels freezing to inhale when passing to my lungs which gives me a sensation of shortness of breathe and causes chest spasms/palpitations.

Could these symptoms be a sign of any particular problem? I don't believe in Costchondritis as my diagnosis becsuse of the widespread pain and also because I've changed to a diet that contains many power anti inflammatory foods. I use icey hot, take turmeric Supplements , glucsomaine and chondroitin and use ice on the pain. Nothing is helping this condition heal and I feel so overwhelmed.
