  • I turned 38 and broke the facet joints on L5 S1 lived in extreme pain for two years with sciatica until I could not walk. Had Fusion surgery and although things are better still struggle with daily pain. a harsh new reality for me as I was an avid surfer who traveled the world and practiced Yoga. Im glad I had music as a hobby too but its been a rough last few years and I am still only 40. Hang in there. Focus on what you can still do and not what you can't.
