Aloha, friends

Never thought I would actually be here but after all I am going through it seems I belong. Had a l5 S1 PLIF Fusion about 14 months ago after living with pain for two years.

I am 40 years old US citizen living in Japan. Did the surgery here in Tokyo and had a true test of my Japanese level with all the new specialized vocabulary. Anyway, I am still in pain and somewhat frustrated. My Dr. made it sound like I would be back out surfing and doing backflips.
