Lower back pain to buttocks, legs nd toe

am male 21, i am suffering from lower back from last 20-25 days it started with my lower back then to buttock, legs nd toe. I have an MRI Scan which shows this result :

Screening of both SI Joints :

Marrow signal abnormality is seen is subarticular bones of sacrum and ilium on right side, more on iliac bone inferiorly. It shows hypointense signal in TIW images and hyperintense signal in STIR images. hyperintense signal in joint space in seen. These changes represent acute sacroilitis.

Impression :

* Mild diffuse disc bulge at L4-5 level with minimal left foraminal encroachment.
* Changes of acute right sacroilitis. Possiblity of infective etiology is more likely than inflammatory.

I have also my blood test reports and by seen all these my doctor told me that its a normal infection and can be treated with medicines. So i was taking the medicines from last 15 days. and there wo no pain. But today again am feeling little pain in the leg joints and toe.

Please Help me out on this.
