Looking for help with my MRI results....

Hello my name is Lewis and I am new to the forum. I'm hoping somebody can help me with my MRI results as I am unable to see my doctor for over 2 weeks.
I am currently on the sick at work so really need answers ASAP and also some ideas on how to sort the problem.
Any help appreciated.

The main findings on the MRI scan are:

'At L5/S1 there is a grade 1 retro listless with a prominent posterior disc extrusion noted centrally encroaching upon the transiting S1 roots bilaterally with probable early compromise of these roots. The exit foramina are also moderately narrowed, worse to the left with concern for irratation/early compromise of the left exiting L5 root.'

Please help me.
Thanks in advance
