Hi my name is Mollie and I stumbled onto this site because I've had chronic and at sometimes severe pain and I just cant figure out what it is. A few months ago I strained my cervical muscle in my shoulder and my neck since then I've been getting severe spasms at times that make the area between my shoulder blades feel like I'm getting punched in the back, it makes it hurt worse when I take a deep breath or sneeze. I went to physical therapy and it helped a little I even had days were I had little pain but now its back and with a vengeance I was kneeled over in pain the other day because the stabbing pain and spasms hurt so bad I could barely walk. The doctor is sending me for an MRI and I had a Xray in July that showed an abnormality but the doctor said it didn't look serious. I just wish I had a diagnosis so I know what it is, I'm constantly going to the chiropractor or paying for a massage, I used to work out a lot and it really has affected my daily life.
