Spondylolisthesis L5 Grade 2

Hi I'm new to this site.
My name's Ray, I'm 42 and have Spondylolithesis grade 2 at L5 S1 with retrolisthesis on L4. I also have fractures in the pedicles of L5 although apparently "stable".
I'm looking for any relevant helpful information regards the condition and on spinal stenosis which I am also lucky enough to have which is causing weakness of my legs, with a nasty tingly pins and needles sensation. I get a cold wet sensation anywhere randomly from my groin area down to under my feet, of late down my legs and underneath my feet.
I have been studying up a bit on alternate spinal fusions as that appears to be my destiny in the somewhat nearer future than I'd like so would love to hear from any with positive experiences of up to date procedures.
