Chronic lower back pain and muscle cramps in buttock

I have had chronic back pain since an ATV accident in 2011. It hurts the worse when I'm constantly up and down or standing for long periods of time. I also have horrible back cramps that only happen at night. It's a cramp that begins at the base of my spine and moves to my buttock. It's a horrible pain that lasts on average of 20 minutes. I have to lie completely flat and still until it goes away. These cramps make me feel like I need to have a bowl movement or flatulence. I never do but it makes me have the urge to go. Can anyone help? I can't find any information online about this. Thanks!
