Heavy Sweating!

Hey guys, anyone having excessive sweating? I'm talking head and clothes soaking, blow dry and change several times a day doing routine activities, or even not moving at all. Are you embarrassed? Do you find it difficult to explain away? I know pain Rx's can add but my pain is so bad in my low back without them. Damned if I do and damned if I dont. I even carry a small fan and some "cucumber scented" hand wipes in my purse which seem to help at times, the cucumber is very cooling, but it still draws odd looks and attention, not to mention the,"are you ok?" By strangers at the grocery store. I'm just looking for common ground here, and any ideas that may help you. I have Ankylosing Spondyilitis and neither my Rheumy or my family doc know what so do for me? I read an older forum where someone asked back in 2008 and I'm bringing it up again. Help! I'm in tears, this is just awful. Oh and I am 45, but my docs say my sweats are MUCH worse than menapause, but, it can't be helping;-) what do you all do? A, I alone????c
