been having neck pain associated with the left side. Had mri that show I have problems with c6-c7. Causing headaches and popping grinding aching stabbing pain. I have been undergoing kinesio therapy that doesn't seem to be doing a thing. I am only 60 and the thought of living with this pain is aggravating. any suggestions from anyone such as exercises (that really DO help) would be greatly appreciated. Trying to find out what the heck "significantly narrowed left neural foramen" at C6-C7 means.
