last year i had surgery in my lower back which involved discs being fused and a growth removed from my nerve leading to pain to my left leg. recover was great up until 2 months ago i got a massive pain in my back again resulting in pain in the right side of my EDITEDglute area which has now spread down my leg to my ankle. i have since learned that i put out my si joint and it has now been realigned but the pain is still really bad and the muscle around the joint and at the top of the as glute area gets so hard it hits the nerve going down the leg, dry needling relieves the pain for a few days but the muscle hardens up and im back to square one again. has anyone experienced anything like this or know what might be going on. it has caused me to miss the past week at work so any advice would be much appreciated.. much obliged cheers alan
