Failed Blood Patch?

I had a discogram done Wednesday on my L5-S1. Pain was reproduced. Spinal fusion scheduled next month. Later that afternoon I developed a horrible headache. Since I suffer from migraines, o thought nothing of it. Dr office called on Friday to see how I was. I mentioned the headache and dr told me to come back in for a blood patch. Epidural needle was placed fine but it took 45 minutes and an arterial stick to finally get blood. Headache went away immediately after procedure. But Saturday I started getting another headache. Today is Monday. Still have a horrible headache. It's not as bad as the original one, but walking and standing and sitting cause intense throbbing and lightheadedness. The longer I stand or sit, the worse it gets. Lying down helps but does not take headache away 100%. There's still a fullness and ache in right side. Should I get another blood patch or wait it out? The 1st one was so horrible, bent over chin tucked for 45 minutes, with several attempts to collect blood. Any input would be helpful. Thanks!!
