Follow my recovery from surgery

edited 11/14/2014 - 8:56 AM in New Member Introductions
My name is Kevin Jost. I am 38 years old and I am currently 10 days out from having a 2 level fusion (L5 - S1). I made the decision to start a blog in order to journal about my recovery. One of the more frustrating parts in researching prior to the surgery is that I kept hearing that when people end up having the surgery, they discontinuing posting because they have moved on to living their lives once again.

I wanted to create something that could potentially help others living with horrible pain make a more informed decision about surgery or not. By no means is my journey the end all be all, but it is first hand experience that others may be able to draw from when making decisions for themselves.

Personal blogs are not encouraged at Spine-Health. If anyone has interests, you can send them your blog information in an external email
