lower back and both leg pain

hello i am 23 years old and my pain started 4 years back while i used to sit allot ... before it was only on lower back and buttocks that hurts but now the pain is extend to my both legs,thighs,buttock and lower back and sometimes when i get tired the pain also move to upper part back .. i have done allot of xrays which came normal..i have done joint test (hlab27)which is normal as well and also my mri scan came normal.. i am also a depression patient. which makes my problem more worse..and my doctor always telling me that this is simple muscle problem and weakness in your back.. can anyone help me what is causing this pain i will be very much thankful and how can i overcome this pain..
