Hello, I am new to the site and have taken some time to read through several posts from people suffering with balance/headaches and neck pain.

for the past seven months I have been suffering with a motion/balance problem that has increased over time to become almost permanent. the intensity of my headaches have increased and my scalp ( at the base of the spine) is tender to touch. I have noticed that when I try to massage my head gently the problems with balance intensify. I have had various head scans but no cause has been found. I am due to see an ENT Doctor today as I also have pain radiating from my left ear. It is truly a terrible problem as it is now affecting my ability to work because I am unable to focus on anything for any length of time and my concentration span has almost gone due to the lightheadness/dizzy spells. I am not sure if this is being caused by neck as in the last few days it has become tight and sore.. Any help or advice would be appreciated
