question about my symptoms

I was diagnosed with a C5-6 herniation causing radiculothapy. The pain on the right side of my back and down my right arm was severe for about 2 months. My surgery (scheduled for a month ago) was delayed by workers comp. About 2 weeks ago, the pain in my back simply disappeared. I still have numbness and tingling in my right arm, and now I have pain in my right side pectoral muscles and on top of my right shoulder as well as the front of my neck. My question is this, Is it possible for a herniated disk to repair itself with time or did it move to a different nerve or did it get worse and completely block off the nerve that it was pinching? I am ecstatic that I dont have to deal with the back pain and can finally sleep at night, but concerned with the change. Being a workers comp case that is tied up legally, I cant contact the surgeon for advice... Thank you in advance for ANY insight.
