New to the Forum - McKenzie Therapy

Hello everyone!
I am new to the forum and happy that I found it. I herniated C5-C6 over 4 months ago at work and have been in physical therapy for about 3 months. I had significant radiculopathy and neuralgia down my left arm but am getting better. I'm hoping to avoid injections and surgery. I have been seeing a McKenzie certified therapist for about 5 weeks and this has changed my life. Since seeing her, I have improved greatly.
Does anyone have any experience with this type of therapy?
I am going back to work soon and am a little afraid of re-injuring myself.
I am also looking to get back into shape but am not sure what to do and what to avoid other than the obvious.
Any suggestions would be great!
