Hello - I am so glad to find this community. I have had problems with my spine since I was a teenager. I learned to manage my lower back problems with the McKenzie method. Later in life I developed an inflammatory condition that has been well managed. I have also always had problems with my neck. My MRI looks like a horror show. This is probably due to the long hours I spend working on a computer screen. I have been able to manage this for the past five years, but In the past week all my posture sins have come back to get me in a torturous pain. I can't shake it, despite all my self-care tricks and it seems to be getting worse. I am going to post a question on the cervical forum. Thanks to everyone who contributes to this forum.
