It has been 3 weeks since i felt the first pain in my lower part of the back. the first week was pain and the tingling feet (both). after a week of rest (recommended by doctor) and during that there is no much tingling or numbness in my feet but feeling burn just while I am seated. no pain or burn or tingling while i am walking, standing or sleeping. the feeling of burn in the lower back is really hurting since I am sitting at work for more that 8 hours a day. is there anyone here with the same problem? does anyone know anything about this feeling?
