Need Help Regarding L4 - L5 Disc Protrusion

Hi EveryOne!
I am new to spine-health and i think it is very useful tool for discussion with people having some spine issues. I was having pain in my back months ago which then shifted to my left leg. I did my MRI on October 21 2014 which states:

"Left Posterolateral Disc Protrusion Seen at L4 - L5 Narrowing Lateral Recess and Foramina."

I went to a physio on November 28 2014 and he suggested me some exercises after doing some exercises i feel alot better but still having some pain, currently i cannot sit for long (an hour or two), i am a computer pro which involves alot of sitting infront of laptop. Please guide me and help me. I'll be thankful.

Kind Regards

No one is permitted to comment on your MRI findings. Have you arranged a follow up appointment with your doctor? They will go over the results and treatment options with or send you for a referral if they feel it is necessary. Best of luck to you.
