Vertigo after surgery

I'm having some episodes of vertigo since my surgery two weeks ago. Mainly when I wake up in the morning or after a nap. I have had one fall, so I've instituted a fifteen minute wait before I get up.

I had a period of vertigo a few years ago during a non surgical period in my life. An ENT did a table spin procedure and put the crystals in my inner ear back in the correct chamber.

I can now recall some vertigo after each back surgery. I was told of an OTC pill that dealt with sea sickness that helped with vertigo. I can't recall it. Anyone have ideas or have experienced vertigo after surgery?
